		<description>Great post.  This saved me a lot of time getting a solution like this in place for a client who will not allow dlls in the GAC - i.e. no Visual Studio workflows.  I modified your solution to drop the dll in the bin, change the trust level to &quot;Full&quot; in the web config and it works great.
