MS KB Article: Solution to name.dll problem in IE7
Following MS KB article (released Jan 26, 2007) gives the solution to the name.dll problem in Internet Explorer 7. People did not want to make changes in the clients' computers so now there is a solution that will solve the problem without making changes in the client computer (See method 3).
