I had a chance to speak and attend the Information Workers SharePoint Conference sponsored by SharePoint Solutions. The show was in Nashville and was really a great chance to learn, network and have some fun as well. I spoke on a Case Study we did last year with one of our customers that built a data-centric extranet. I will post the slides soon although a lot of the content was verbal vs. slides as I hate writing out endless bullet point slides.
Talking to some of the folks who attended I am never amazed and the number and types of ways that SharePoint is used within organizations. From document shares and compliance mechanisms to extranets, employee self-service, and collaboration sites, the number and types of applications is awesome. Hi to everyone who stopped by in Nashville!
