		<description>Very funny!  You actually looked up the word in the dictionary -- you should also be a lawyer, John!  Great post.  Before I test this feature with other users, I was thinking the site would serve an &quot;offline for maintenance&quot; page after it is fully quiesced.  But I am still able to access the site.  Could it be because I am a farm administrator?  By the way, I will throw the word &quot;quiesce&quot; in my next dinner party.  It would surely make me sound cool!  Thanks, John!</description>
