I have recently built a Windows Server 2008 machine as a potential replacement for my Windows Server 2003 development machine, but one problem I have noticed is the CPU usage that "WmiPrvSE.exe" – "WMI Provider Host" causes.  Also, I have noticed that the network usage is constantly at around 50Kbps which is odd too.

If anyone knows anything about this it would be great to know.
